BIM Technician

London - June 2022

The successful candidate will work on a range of mixed-use & residential projects across a variety of scales and tenures. The role requires an all-round ability to work collaboratively on projects from planning submissions through to post-contract construction packages with a focus on residential schemes in London. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Work collaboratively with the project team in various projects providing support over BIM aspects;
• Use BIM to perform project tasks;
• Support the team with BIM requirements;
• 3D & 2D modelling and technical drawings (in plans, sections and elevations);     

Qualifications and skills required:

• 3+ years’ experience;
• Strong knowledge of BIM technology, software and processes
• Experience working on residential London developments;
• Coordination skills;
• Ability to work independently and within a team;
• Strong Revit skills;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (useful but not mandatory);
