Covid-19 Update

Dear All,

Throughout this difficult and uncertain time we would like to update you on how Farrells are addressing this unique challenge. Following the latest government guidelines around COVID-19, ALL Farrells employees are working remotely and our office at 7 Hatton St is closed.

The Health and Safety of our employees is of the upmost importance and the office will continue working remotely until the government guidelines advice changes.

We continue to stay committed to providing a high standard of work for our clients throughout our working hours 9:30-6pm Monday to Friday.

We have a fully tried and tested work from home system set up at all employees homes. The Farrells team has been successfully working from home for the past week and has full remote access to our systems within a secure IT environment.

To ensure we are doing as much as we can to continue producing a high standard of work for our clients and protecting our staff, we have implemented the below measures:

 COMMUNICATIONS:

  • Implemented and trialled a robust and secure work from home connection for all staff members.
  • Remote access and control to the office computers and systems including Autodesk programmes.
  • Introduced new software to enable regular external and internal video meetings.
  • Regular client updates on any changes to business along with government guidelines.
  • Reception calls to 020 7258 3433 will continue to be monitored remotely

HEALTH & WELLBEING:

  • Staff provided with Health and Safety guidelines for WFH.
  • Advice on staying safe, identifying & managing symptoms, and general wellbeing in a home working environment.
  • Advice shared from the NHS on how to self-isolate and when to seek help.
  • Should a member of staff suffer any of the symptoms of the virus we are asking them to stay at home and self-isolate. We will reallocate their work as appropriate until they feel well enough to work from home.
  • No Face to Face meetings.
  • System to regularly check in on the welfare of anyone who is unwell.
  • Mental Health first aiders on hand for all staff.

SECURITY:

  • No Staff are permitted in to the office.
  • 24 Hour security presence within the office.
  • A clear crisis chain of command and crisis communications plans.

We are expecting the circumstances to continue to change and our measures will be reviewed alongside the latest Government guidelines.
