The Horizon Building

以前名叫“情人豪舍”，现有办公大楼将被改造为122个预售一空的新住房，以及16,000平方英尺的地面层零售空间。Farrells建议，去掉建筑雕饰，回归本真壳体，对其重新建模，开放建筑，创建更多空间、阳台、景观式屋顶花园，并且加盖四层。顺应现有结构、场地环境和伊尔福德当地历史，推出给现有建筑正面外墙重新覆层、梳理窗户开口、外部阳台和重要性的概念设计。队伍齐聚现场，于2018年6月竣工。
