Flint Glass Wharf

Flint Glass Wharf is a mixed-use masterplan that sits adjacent to the Thames Barrier on the southern bank of the River Thames, in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

The development will deliver over 500 new homes, combined with new workspace, new retail, new community spaces, and new public realm. It will form a key landmark within the wider regeneration of Charlton Riverside.

The articulation of the architecture is responsive to the river, the aggregate industry, and the unique glass making heritage of the site and surrounds.
