Building Information Modelling (BIM)

At Farrells we have adopted Building Information Modelling (BIM) in a variety of projects across the practice to facilitate more efficient collaboration, coordination, and delivery between consultants at all work stages.

Farrells is a British Standards Institution (BSI) certified company in compliance with Building Information Modelling Level 2. The scope of the verification contains; Tier 1 Lead Designer which includes; Architecture, Consulting, Master Planning, and Interior Design, complying with BIM Level 2 in accordance with PAS 1192-2:2013, BS1192-4:2014 and BS 1192:2007. We aim to build on that and achieve ISO19650 certification in the near future to make sure we continue to be at the forefront of the industry.

We have an experienced and diverse in-house BIM team responsible for developing, implementing and enforcing standards in modelling, documentation and information management.
