Farrells London is proud of its long-term involvement in the rejuvenation of the power station at Chelsea Waterfront into Powerhouse – an exceptional new residential address in one of the capital’s most exclusive and sought after neighbourhoods by CK Asset Holdings Limited.

Appointed as Lead Consultant and currently tasked with managing the build quality of the finished scheme, Farrells London has worked with Formation Architects throughout the process, and with award-winning interior design firm Fiona Barrett-Campbell, which was behind the stunning atrium and concierge design elements. The wellness facilities were designed by KCA International, all alongside an experienced consultant and construction team from @AECOM @Buro Happold @JRL @Randle Siddeley @TGA.

Of the 260 homes, 199 are on private sale and the first 68 apartments were launched for sale at the end of September, with prices starting from £1,700,000. Knight Frank and Savills are joint agents for Powerhouse and Chelsea Waterfront.
