Exclusive living in one of London’s most sought
Farrells London is proud of its long-term involvement in the rejuvenation of the power station at Chelsea Waterfront into Powerhouse – an exceptional new residential address in one of the capital’s most exclusive and sought after neighbourhoods by CK Asset Holdings Limited.
Due to complete in phases from Q3 2023 to Q2 2024, this new contemporary landmark will offer a truly 21st century living experience. Boasting 260 beautiful apartments ranging in size from 604 sq ft to 4,017 sq ft (1-bed to 4-bed), the development will provide a host of amenities for residents to enjoy, from a state-of-the-art gym, luxury spa and 20-metre swimming pool to a 24/7 concierge team. They will also benefit from a stunning riverside location offering unrivalled connectivity to the iconic Kings Road and central London.
Appointed as Lead Consultant and currently tasked with managing the build quality of the finished scheme, Farrells London has worked with Formation Architects throughout the process, and with award-winning interior design firm Fiona Barrett-Campbell, which was behind the stunning atrium and concierge design elements. The wellness facilities were designed by KCA International, all alongside an experienced consultant and construction team from @AECOM @Buro Happold @JRL @Randle Siddeley @TGA.
Alec Backhouse, at Farrells, who is leading the Powerhouse, says: “It’s exciting to see this extraordinary project coming to life. There is no residential experience like it in London, and the team needed to take an incredibly creative, thoughtful design approach to ensure that Powerhouse would do justice to the majestic architecture of the old power station. We carefully restored its historic red brick walls, and our priority was to honour the building’s rich industrial heritage while also delivering a new contemporary landmark for many generations to come.”
The Farrells London team has included: Shevaughn, Simon, Claire, Megan, Alec, Francesco, Sangsoo, and Mindagaus.
Of the 260 homes, 199 are on private sale and the first 68 apartments were launched for sale at the end of September, with prices starting from £1,700,000. Knight Frank and Savills are joint agents for Powerhouse and Chelsea Waterfront.
