20 Triton Street

20 Triton Street maintains a strong sense of identity while integrating with its context through material, colour and detail with the surrounding buildings, including Holy Trinity Church.

The inclusion of the Diorama Theatre within the building adds to the social sustainability of the wider community, while the café-bar provides an active and lively frontage. The key interior space is the main entrance foyer and this double-height space opens fully to the street and effectively provides a sight line across and through to the internal courtyard. Soft-coloured stone is used throughout the building, with dramatic vertical detailing to emphasize the space and provide dynamic shifts of light.

The interiors are finished to a high standard with broad, column-free office spaces; travertine and onyx finishes are lavishly employed in the spacious lobby areas, particularly in the soaring, full-height atrium.
