We currently have multiple exciting, high density residential schemes in London and are looking for Architects with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our growing delivery team. This is a great opportunity to oversee all aspects of the detailed design and construction process of large mixed used projects with a strong emphasis on high quality housing. Candidates should demonstrate abilities to manage fees, have extensive technical knowledge and be confident in acting as lead designer to large consultant teams. They must have experience in preparing and delivering exceptional detailing, designing and implementing creative concepts and be able to take initiative and be proactive in guiding junior members of staff.
They should have site experience and be highly proficient in project management and coordination with a contractual understanding of projects.

The ideal candidate will:
Have advanced knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to building projects
Be enthusiastic and passionate about modern architectural construction methods with an emphasis on sustainability
Demonstrate experience in designing and resolving complicated construction detailing
Have 3+ years’ experience of delivering large mixed used schemes
Experience of Newforma / Rapport 3 would be beneficial
Be Revit proficient
Have the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks with large teams
Demonstrate site experience and be a decision maker
